Jungle Delicacy pure cacao nibs are small pieces of crushed whole cacao beans and are among the least processed cacao products on the market. Each batch is gently roasted and shelled using a small-scale winnower. These artisan-made nibs are uniquely inconsistent in size, unlike industrially processed nibs. They can be further roasted to acquire different roasting strengths for different flavour profiles and to make chocolate.

Cacao nibs are highly nutritious providing an impressive amount of protein, fibre, healthy fats, minerals, magnesium, iron, antioxidants and plant compounds like flavonoids.
Add nibs to flavour breakfast porridge, green smoothies, sprinkle on salads, as a healthy alternative to chocolate sprinkles, to make energy balls or bars, as a healthy snack or dessert. They can also be used as sugar free chocolate chips in baking. Cacao nibs are often used by chocolatiers as the base ingredient for chocolate.
