I really enjoyed this moon phase yoga book as I was diving into working with the energy of the moon. Joyce provides lovely grounding poses that allow mindful shifts to take place as you learn about when to take action throughout the month, when to take a break and when to reflect. A useful tool for women that want to also work with their own moon (menstrual) cycle.
