Melanie Jacqueline Genssler is an Integrative Health & Embodiment Practitioner who has created a method called The Body Quotient. A method that takes individuals through a mind-body experience to ultimately guide them into developing stress-management and leadership skills. Through her experience within integrative health together with her studies from functional medicine, nutrition, and movement she has created this method in hopes for individuals to create resilience and sustainability within their bodies and health.

Mindful Movement is a yoga-inspired dance practice that helps individuals get back into their bodies through guided movement and music. The practice highlights the mindfulness piece from yoga to emphasize the mind-body-heart connection we can witness within movement. A stress-releasing practice for your WHOLE self.
