ABOUT THE TEACHER

Joyce Mol is Yin Yoga Teacher and Movement Therapy Coach. She teaches to yin yoga to 60 students per week. Yin Yoga helped her to recover from her whiplash and made her more flexible than ever. Pain disappeared. From that point she started with the Yin Yoga Teacher Training at Rise and Shine Yoga in Ibiza. Later the Movement Therapy Coaching course was a great addition to her knowledge, experience and feelings.

Joyce breaths yin, speaks yin and is just fully yin. Her voice, her movement and her lifestyle. She is happy to support you in a gentle way.
